This is a television documentary of the largest Street-Painting Festival in the world! Over 600 artists take over the streets in front of Pasadena's Civic Center for a full weekend of colorful expression. In a spirit of community, unlike Europe's elite invitational street painting festivals, artists of all ages and skill levels are welcome as long as there is enough pavement to go around! This 20-minute documentary explores the soul of the event, meeting some of the artists and the key players in the production of the festival.
